It is in its original retail packaging for Japan market, while in Australasia it is called Chu Chu Easy Feed Teat. 

This product is specially designed by Tokyo Medical & Dental University and Chu Chu to appropriately feed cleft palate infants and infants with very poor sucking strength, like premature babies.  Made of silicone rubber, the super cross cut teat is extremely soft and has two flat edges for easy sucking. It also has a one-way flow valve that prevents excessive air intake and allows milk to flow only when teat is sucked by the baby. This teat also comes with a Air-Vent that prevents the teat from collapsing or the milk not flowing.  It is recommended that the Chu Chu Cleft Palate Teat be used with the Japanese Chu Chu’s standard neck bottles.

It can also fit other standard neck baby bottles, but for best performance, please use Chu Chu Bottle.
