Service Updates – Thursday 24th February  

 

Inter-Island Freight

Due to an accident closing SH1 South of Kaikoura last night there will be delays of up to 1 working day on all Inter-Island parcels.

 

Auckland 

Our Auckland and North Shore facilities have had multiple Courier Franchisees deemed as close contacts and are required by the Ministry of Health to isolate.  

We are doing everything we can to ensure your parcels are delivered while ensuring the safety of our people. Due to these disruptions the areas below should expect delivery delays. 

 

Remuera 1050, Eden Terrace 1021 – Up to 2 working days delay

Beach Haven 0626, Birkdale 0626, HillCrest 0627 - Up to 2 working days delay

Hobsonville 0632, Unsworth Heights 0632, Greenhithe 0632, Snapper Rock 0632 - Up to 7 working days delay

Northcote 0627, Northcote Point 0627, Wairau Valley 0627 - Up to 1 working day delay

Glenfield 0629, Bay View 0629 - Up to 2 working days delay

Arkles Bay 0932, Stanmore Bay  0932, Gulf Harbour 0930, Manly 0930 - Up to 2 working days delay

Westfield 1060, Otahuhu 1062, Mount Wellington 1060 – Up to 3 working days delay

Wellington CBD 

Due to protests at Parliament, we are unable to access some locations in the Wellington CBD to perform deliveries. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and will endeavour to deliver any parcels as soon as we are able to.
